About Pro Wrestling Star Academy

Pro Wrestling Star Academy is proudly founded and supported by three unique and storied federations: SPO Wrestling, APP Wrestling, and Loco Wrestling.

SPO Wrestling is the flagship promotion, known for its large-scale events, professional production, and deep roots in the East Coast independent wrestling scene. APP Wrestling is a rising federation now entering its third year, focused on innovation and fresh talent. Loco Wrestling, a respected name with a 19-year history, was recently resurrected after a 9-year hiatus to great fanfare and excitement.

Our Trainers

Our elite training staff brings decades of in-ring and backstage experience to the academy:

• Johnny Kashmere – With over 25 years of experience, Johnny is a founding member of the legendary tag team The Backseat Boyz, considered one of the greatest independent tag teams of all time. Now leading the second generation of the team, Johnny also serves as the head booker and show writer for SPO Wrestling as well as the revived PWU Brands.
• Amadeus – A ring veteran with more than two decades of experience, Amadeus specializes in match psychology and performance strategy. He is the current booker for APP Wrestling and brings a creative edge to our training program.
• Gabby Gilbert – Known for her character work and comedic timing, Gabby brings over 25 years of performance expertise.
