- Tuesday: Training with Gabby Gilbert(6 pm - 8pm)
- Wednesday: Ring Work & Fundamentals (6 PM - 8 PM)
- Friday: Advanced Techniques & Promo Class (6 PM - 8 PM)
- Open ring from 8-9pm on training nites
